Details: Set in a tranquil location Braithwaite Hall Bed & Breakfast is situated in the lower reaches of Coverdale, bordering Wensleydale, in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park. The Hall is a working hill farm with a herd of beef cattle and a large flock of Swaledale sheep. Braithwaite Hall provides first class bed and breakfast in stunning surroundings, with excellent facilities furnished to a high specification.

There are magnificent views of the surrounding dales, and the location is ideally suited for walking, with footpaths right from the doorstep, or exploring the Yorkshire Dales with its many activities, attractions and spectacular scenery. Just above the Hall on Braithwaite Hill, the remains of an Iron Age Fort can be seen. There is also a bridleway running through the grounds and the farm can cater for people who which to see the Dales on horse back(stabling provided by prior arrangement, please ring for details). Accommodation
Braithwaite Hall has 2 double bedrooms including one room featuring a four poster king size bed, oak panelling and antique furniture. Both double rooms have ensuite facilities. There is also a twin bedded room with a private bathroom, and a family room is also available on request. All rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped to high standards to ensure your stay is comfortable, and c/w tea and coffee making facilities, TV and hairdryer.

There is also a splendid oak panelled drawing room which has a large open fireplace and a TV, where guests are welcome to relax and unwind in the peaceful and pleasant surroundings.

Dining
A Full English farmhouse breakfast is served every morning in the dining room, and includes locally farmed fresh produce such as bacon, sausage and free range eggs. Home made bread is also served. Special dietary requirements can also be catered for by arrangement.
