Details: Situated on a quiet road in the village of Gunnerside, Bruaich Cottage is a wonderfully comfortable home from home, used frequently by its owners. Enjoy its rustic charm in the spacious upstairs living room, with exposed rafters, giving you marvellous views of the hills whilst tucked up in front of the stove. Sink into the comfort of a king-size bed at the end of a day spent exploring the beautiful scenery right at your door!

Gunnerside is a charming tiny village, with pub and cafι / bistro serving good food (bistro open Wednesday and Saturday evenings, book in advance). Surrounded by spectacular views of hills and pastures, the village is a cluster of old lead-mining cottages and Dales homes. Local shops, post office and market at Reeth, 6 miles, larger shops within 20 miles at Richmond, Leyburn, Hawes and Catterick Garrison (24 hour supermarket, which also delivers).

Ground Floor: Double bedroom with king-size bed, second double bedroom with single bunk over (but still plenty of space to sit up in bed!).

• 5 further steps up to: small kitchen.
• 5 further steps up to: large living room with dining area and multi fuel stove.

Facilities:
• Kitchen with standard features incl. larder fridge and microwave. Iron / ironing board in airing cupboard in bedroom.
• Electric storage heaters in all rooms and hall, multi fuel stove in living room, all fuel provided.
• All linen provided.
• Television + video. Stereo/CD/Radio with plug-in ipod facility.
• Telephone provided (honesty box for outgoing calls).
• Lockable outhouse where cycles / boots etc can be stored (logs and coal kept here).
• Off road parking in front of the cottage for 2 cars.
• Bench in front of cottage (south-facing).
