Ground floor bathroom with bath (shower over), WC and wash basin, extra ground floor WC with washbasin. First floor shower room with shower, WC and washbasin. Spacious first floor sitting room with pleasant Dales views. Well equipped kitchen with separate dining area on ground floor.
Inner hallway. Full gas central heating and additional heating from gas fire in sitting room. Gas range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, automatic washer and tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x colour TVs, video, DVD player etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off-road parking. Private patio areas and shared use of mature south facing gardens. One small well-behaved dog welcome. Non-smokers preferred. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.
