The hotel is a large Victorian house tucked away in a leafy tranquil area but is close to main roads tourist sites and the cities of Leeds and Bradford. Family run hotel in a tranquil location and with excellent views, close to Leeds and Bradford and the Yorkshire Dales.
Good views, individual decor and an informal style not to mention comfy sofas and interesting artworks. Tucked away in a residential area but still within easy distance of Leeds and Bradford, and is renowned for its service, friendliness, excellent cuisine and hospitality.
The food is all prepared on the premises and has a good reputation dinner is served Monday to Saturday evenings and Lunch only on Sundays. The historic locks on the Leeds and Liverpool canal after which the hotel is named are nearby.
At the hotel you'll find comfy sofas, a terraced garden, and restful views of the surrounding countryside. A former mill owner's house, this Victorian stone building is just a couple of minutes from the A650 main road and the busy heart of West Yorkshire and also for the glorious countryside in the Dales and Bronte country.Close by are Keighley, Shipley , Baildon and Haworth.
All bedrooms were recently refurbished and are non smoking.
