Fox Ghyll is a superb detached property full of character yet packed with modern amenities, on the edge of Bolton-by-Bowland, a little village in the Ribble Valley. Sleeping up to nine people, this superb detached property is on the Bolton Estate on the outskirts of the small village of Bolton-by-Bowland.
Accommodation: There are four bedrooms, including three doubles (one a super king-size sleigh bed), two with en-suites. There are two family bathrooms, one on the ground floor. The kitchen has a large central island, there is a separate dining room, a sitting room with gas fire and a snug with woodburner. Outside is use of spacious gardens with a patio, off road parking for 5 cars, and a short walk takes you to a play area and small stream. Fox Ghyll makes a wonderful luxury base for a year round break, either for a special occasion or simply to treat yourself!
Oil central heating throughout, gas fires in bedroom, dining room and sitting room, woodburner in snug. Oil-fired Aga, electric hob, combi microwave oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Sky, DVD, WiFi, extensive selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot on request. Off road parking for 5 cars. Spacious gardens, patio with garden furniture (not available October - March). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 10 mins walk. Note: Check in time is 4pm.
