Situated on the main street of the peaceful village of Gilling West, this lovely 200 year-old stone-built terraced cottage is just three miles from the historic market town of Richmond.
A beautiful romantic retreat full of original features this cottage has been tastefully renovated to retain much of its original character and offers wonderful beamed ceilings, delightful furnishings and a feature fireplace with open fire. There is also a spacious kitchen diner and a small peaceful snug, as well as a small patio area with pretty garden furniture.
Accommodation: Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x room with sofabed. Bathroom with bath, shower over bath, basin & WC. Well equipped, fitted kitchen with dining area. Delightful snug. Sitting room with beamed ceiling and open fire.
Heating from electric panel heaters throughout with additional heating from open fire in the sitting room. Electric oven, propane gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, stereo/CD player, radio etc. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available. Small rear patio area with garden furniture. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shop and pub less than 1 min walk. Note: This property is suitable for a maximum of 2 people.
