Details: Grassington self catering holiday apartment is located close to the centre of the village of Grassington in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. Grassington is typified by stone cottages clustered around cobbled squares, interesting shops, and a selection of inns and pubs.

Grassington Apartment is an ideal location for a holiday or short break, with numerous activities and attractions to suit all tastes. Guests can explore the stunning Yorkshire Dales, with Ripon, Pateley Bridge and Settle all within easy driving distance. Accommodation: The apartment is central heated and double glazed with all gas and electric included in your rent. Children accepted with a minimum age of 8 years old. Free car parking is available close by in the Village Square. Sorry no pets.

The apartment includes; a comfortable oak beamed lounge with colour television, three-piece suite and log effect fire and fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

There is sleeping accommodation for 4 persons in one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The bathroom has a modern three-piece suite with a separate corner shower and a large illuminated mirror with shaver point.

The apartment is above the local Fish and Chip shop, also managed by the same owner and closes 7.30 - 8.00 pm each night.


Linen and Towels: Bed linen is provided (this may be duvets or blankets and sheets). One set of towels will be supplied by arrangement at a cost of £5 per person. This fee will be waived for overseas visitors and guests staying 2 weeks or more.

Prices/Booking
£250 per week between October and March (Excl. Half Term, Xmas & New Year)
£280 - £350 per week between April and September
Dickensian Festival weekends and short breaks are available, minimum 2 nights
Mid-week £25 per person per night Mon - Thurs
Weekend £35 per person per night Fri - Sun
