Situated in the middle of a field on the owners working farm is this delightful cottage, a wonderful stone-built detached property within the small Teesdale hamlet of Holwick. A delightfully quirky, upside down stone built property.
Approached by a farm lane, this property is set in a peaceful location and has been skilfully created from an old stone barn.
The accommodation is upside down, allowing the main, beamed living-area to be situated on the first floor to better take advantage of the lovely views. This is a large, open plan room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas, as well as a gas stove with coal-effect fire. This property has been newly decorated and comfortably furnished and is able to sleep up to five people in one double room, and one family room with three single beds.

First floor spacious beamed living room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas and gas stove with coal effect fire. Gas central heating and additional heating from gas stove in sitting room. Sitting area with garden furniture and BBQ. One well behaved pet under strict control welcome. Pub 5 mins walk, farm/butchers shop and cafe on owners farm, other shops 3 miles.
