4 St John’s Row is one of a stone terrace overlooking the spacious village green of Langcliffe, which is a small, peaceful, unspoilt Dales village. The cottage opens onto the green, the focus of village life, with a convenient bench to watch the world go by. There are swings and a slide for children.

Langcliffe is situated in the Three Peaks District and makes an ideal centre for walking and climbing holidays. The village is one and a half miles from the old market town of Settle, which provides a variety of shops and amenities, including swimming baths. Malham Cove, Skipton, Ingleton and Clapham are all within easy reach.

The cottage itself has a lounge with a stone fireplace for an open fire. The kitchen is quite small, but big enough to house a table and benches for family meals, with a walk in pantry. The back porch contains the washer and tumble drier, with room to store muddy boots and logs for the fire. This leads to a terrraced garden and bike store. The bathroom is on the first floor next to the main bedroom, with a further bedroom on the second floor.
