Garden overlooking mill pond with garden furniture and BBQ. Roadside parking for two cars. Smoking in downstairs rooms only. Sorry no pets. Post Office 0.5 miles. Shops/pubs etc. in Settle 1.5 miles. Note: The garden is unfenced and due to the proximity of the mill pond and river, children must be supervised at all times.
