Details: Located in the beautiful village of Carlton-in-Coverdale in the heart of Yorkshire Dales National Park, Middleham House Bed & Breakfast offers comfortable accommodation in 3 refurbished top quality en-suite bedrooms. Middleham House is an 18th century stone built property, with an adjacent stream running alongside, and truly stunning panoramic views of Coverdale.

Carlton is situated between the market towns of Leyburn (5 miles) and Hawes (10 miles) in the heart of James Herriot country. The area is popular for walking, fishing, cycling, and other country pursuits. There are many attractions and activities nearby including the mysterious gardens at 'The Forbidden Corner', the famous 'Aysgarth Falls' and the historic racing town of 'Middleham'. Coverdale is one of the most picturesque of the upper dales, and stretches for over thirteen miles from Coverhead in the West, to the town of Middleham to the East. Accommodation
Sleeping accommodation is provided in 3 newly refurbished en-suite bedrooms. There are twin and double rooms available, offering an excellent standard of accommodation and including: LCD televisions and tea/coffee making facilities. Drying facilities are also available and an additional single bed can be provided in a double room if required.

Dining
A full English breakfast using the best local produce is served every day in the guest’s dining room, and is guaranteed to satisfy even the largest of appetites. A lighter continental option is also available. Packed lunches and special dietary requirements can be catered for by arrangement.

For lunch and evening meals there is an excellant pub and restaurant close by, with numerous others to choose from in the surrounding area.

Availability & Reservations
Middleham House B&B is fully no smoking and is open all year round. We offer reduced rates for children and stays of 4 nights or more. We are able cater for small groups. We regret that we do not accept pets.
