Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, colour TV, video etc. Shared use of laundry with washer and dryer. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.
