This is a lovely barn conversion and is close to Ripon so in an excellent location.

Stable cottage is light and bright and very spacious and can accommodate up to six people and is situated on a working farm which allows you to get up close to life on a farm without having to get your hands mucky, unless you want to of course!!

If you were told this place has a pool table, this kids and fellas will be racing to get it booked up, but so will the females when they see the bathroom and kitchen, to say they are luxurious  is an understatement.

The accommodation is set on the first floor reached from external stairs and it has a massive open plan kitchen living and dining area and when you arrive you may be looking for the pool table mentioned, well it's there but you will never guess where, it's the dining table, it actually converts into a pool table, how cool is that!!!!  A sky plus TV with HD is there for your in house entertainment.

The double bedroom also has its own TV, so if you don't fancy what the others are watching you can always have an early night.  There are two twin bedrooms.

Many market towns are close by as is Masham famous for its local brews, so whilst here you must have a tipple.  On the farm itself there are many walks to be had so do come and see this gorgeous cottage in its gorgeous settings.
