Details: The Grange is a privately owned country house set in its own beautiful landscaped grounds, and offering all year round bed and breakfast accommodation. Optional evening meals are also available. Also located within the grounds is Stable self catering holiday cottage.

Both Bed and Breakfast and Stable Cottage guests can relax in The Grange landscaped gardens which include a pond and waterfall, and enjoys stunning views across the Yorkshire Dales. Private fishing is also available on our own private river frontage.

The Grange is located in the village of West Burton, just 1 mile from Aysgarth and in area of outstanding natural beauty. The village is a quiet, tranquil location and is an excellent base from which to explore the outstanding Yorkshire Dales National Park, with its stunning vales and dales, and numerous attractions and activities. Private off street car parking is available, and a five acre secure paddock with stabling for up to 3 horses is also available.

Bed and Breakfast
Guests at The Grange will find the accommodation is furnished to a high standard, all bedrooms are en-suite, and c/w tea and coffee making facilities and colour TV. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests also have use of a drawing room where there is a cosy open fire and after dinner coffee can be taken. An excellent place to relax after a day out in the dales. We regret that pets are not accepted at the Grange B&B.

Dining
Included in the price is a full English breakfast, and evening meals are available as an option. A menu is provided which changes on a daily basis. Dietary needs can also be catered for by prior arrangement.

Bed & Breakfast is from £32.50 per person.
4 Course Dinner is from £20.00 per person.

Stable Holiday Cottage
Stable Holiday Cottage provides self catering accommodation within the grounds of The Grange. The cottage has recently been renovated to a high specification, including a modern well equipped kitchen, and full oil central heating. In the main living room there is a wood burning stove and features a pitched/beamed ceiling. There is a colour TV, video recorder and a stereo system.

Stable cottage has one twin bedroom with a view overlooking the courtyard, and also one double bedroom which leads on to the courtyard through a stable door. The bathroom has a shower, bath, wash basin and toilet. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and is suitable for the guests needing wheel chair access.

Outside there are picnic tables and BBQ. Children and pets are welcome smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms. Guests at Stables have the option of taking dinner at The Grange.

Prices/Booking(self-catering)
Please telephone or email for prices and cottage availability. A booking fee of £50.00 per week is required, the balance due on arrival. All bookings are from Saturday 2 pm to Saturday 10 pm except short breaks in the off season.
