The B & B is a registered charity, serving those looking for a peaceful break from busy schedules, and offers luxury en-suite accommodation at affordable rates. As a non-profit organisation all proceedings are invested back into the estate which serves as a tranquil country oasis and haven open to the public all year round.

Everybody is welcome to enjoy the expansive grounds which contains natural woodland, park, lakes and gardens rich with heritage, nature and wildlife. The Pocklington town is a favourite for those who enjoy cycling, walking, golfing at the nearby KP golf club and gliding at the Wolds Gliding Club, the largest gliding club in the UK.
