A charming and spacious holiday cottage, set in a quiet location close to the centre of the popular Yorkshire Dales town of Skipton.

The holiday cottage offers comfortable and well presented accommodation, in a peaceful yet convenient location. Ideal for exploring both the historic town of Skipton, and of course, the surrounding Yorkshire Dales.

One good size double bedroom. Spacious bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. Well equipped fitted kitchen with gas Rayburn and second gas cooker. Comfortable sitting room with dining area with lovely coal effect gas fire and entrance porch. Please note there is a steep staircase which may be awkward for some guests.

Full gas central heating with additional heating from coal effect gas fire in sitting room and gas fired Rayburn in kitchen. Gas cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer & freezer (in shed), colour TV, video, stereo/CD player etc. All fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels provided, free of charge.. Small enclosed yard to rear with shed (suitable for cycle storage, etc). Small patio area to front with garden furniture. Nearby roadside parking (2 minutes).

Closest Shop 1 minute (25 yards), closest pubs & restaurants 3 minutes (800 yards) in the town centre.

One well behaved small dog under strict control is welcome.
