Butcher's Laithe is a stone built detached cottage located one mile from the village of Tosside which straddles two counties with the eastern part of the village in Yorkshire and the western part in Lancashire. The cottage has three bedrooms (one kingsize double with en-suite facilities, one double and one single with a pull out bed) and a family bathroom making it suitable for six people. Also within the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a dining table and a sitting room with a wood burning stove. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 4 cars, secure bike storage in the garage and a large patio area with furniture. Being accessed via 100 metres of level farm track, Butcher's Laithe is a peaceful cottage on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and is ideal for families wishing to explore the local area.
