A magnificent converted barn surrounded by amazing countryside set at Gilling West near Richmond. Sympathetically converted from lovely old stone barns and buildings, this accommodation is one of a group of magnificent properties situated around an idyllic courtyard.
The two nearby lakes offer coarse fishing, and guests have the option to hire a private hot tub for use during their stay. The owners of the building live in the farm house and offer a warm welcome to all of their visitors, making this an inviting property, no matter what time of year.
Accommodation: Mainly ground floor. Four bedrooms: 3 x double, 1 x first floor twin (2ft 6' beds). Three piece bathroom with separate shower. Shower room with shower & WC. Well equipped fitted kitchen/dining room. Spacious sitting room with double sofabed, wooden floors, opens fire & lovely views towards the village.
Full oil central heating, open fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, plasma TV, video etc. Shared use of laundry with washer & dryer. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Private patio & gardens with furniture & BBQ. Shared use of courtyard. Free fly fishing in well-stocked lake, free coarse fishing in 2nd lake, by prior arrangement. Use of private hot tub by prior arrangement at additional cost - please contact owner for further information. Sorry no smoking. One well behaved dog by arrangement at extra cost. Shop & pub 5 mins walk.
