Hoseasons York House Country Park is situated within the heart of North Yorkshire's renowned "Herriot Country", nestling in charming Balk village with the beautiful Hambleton Hills as its backdrop. Thirsk, a delightful market town, lies just a few short minutes' car ride away. The village pub is close at hand, serving excellent food and a good range of ales. There are several other inns and pubs located nearby in the pleasant neighbouring villages.
If you're looking for a static caravan or log cabin holiday in the North Yorkshire area then York House is a must. With 23 acres of beautiful countryside there's plenty of space to provide a real sense of privacy and freedom. Every one of the comfortable holiday homes benefits from fantastic views out over the surrounding hills and fields. Facilities include:

York House has been presented with the David Bellamy Conservation Gold Award in recognition of the way in which the park has been developed with great consideration to the surrounding natural environment. The focus of York House caravan park is firmly on the peace, quiet and superb family-oriented environment that sets the park apart from others. As a result, there are no clubs or pubs on the site itself. However, there's a great variety of such facilities in the locality, particularly in Thirsk, which offers some fantastic entertainment.
