The pretty market town of Skipton is located in the Yorkshire Dales and lies west of the Ribble Valley and borders on the stunning Yorkshire Dales National Park. The town is a perfect base for exploring all that Yorkshire has to offer with Bronte Country and Bolton Abbey close by.
The town centre is perfect for a relaxing stroll with its tree lined High Street leading up to the church. From the centre of town you can see the striking façade of Skipton Castle and if you explore even further there are many side streets filled with specialist shops and cafes. The bustling town has a traditional market which is held on the High Street four days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat).
