Horsforth Golf Club is a truly traditional Yorkshire golf course. It sits quietly surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside in the Yorkshire Dales. The course can be easily found, situated off Layton Road, close to the A65. This is between Horsforth and Rawdon, quite close to the Leeds Bradford International Airport.

Horsforth Golf Club, is steeped in golfing history, having been founded over a hundred years ago, in 1906. This is a McKenzie influenced course which benefits from some wonderful natural contours. There are some very strategically placed bunkers to test golfers of all levels. The club benefits from extensive practice areas and an 18 hole putting green, just to help you get the feel for how the greens are playing before you hit the first tee.

The club can also call upon not one, but two golf professionals to give hints and tips to get your swing as close to perfection as possible.

This is a private members club, although visitors are more than welcome. New members will be assured of a warm and friendly welcome from every one at the club. The clubhouse makes the most of a dining room which seats 60 and a well stocked bar area capable of accommodating in excess of 100 guests.

The club also offers a wide range of corporate and society golf days, to suit every budget and every standard of player. This is a course that suits players of all levels, while providing something of a challenge to them all.
