Details for The Buck Inn

Malham is the beautiful village setting for the Buck Inn. The tranquil surroundings and the warm welcoming Inn are the perfect place to stop and enjoy some wonderful scenery, fine ales and delicious local food. A perfect place for walkers.

The Buck Inn is a beautiful old stone building which came into life in 1874 and it was built on the land where an old coaching Inn used to stand and with it being in Malham, you can make a day of it by coming for some lovely food and enjoy the breath taking scenery around you.

If the weather is good, take the opportunity to enjoy dining outside in their very attractive beer garden whilst enjoying one of the six cask beers that are on offer. Patio heaters will take out any nip in the air and you can replace that with a nip in your glass.

Food wise you are spoiled for choice, Haddock and spring onion fishcakes or Goats cheese and black pudding salad are just a couple of the tempting starters on offer. If a good piece of rib eye steak tickles your taste buds, have no fear, it's on the menu here, as are Lamb shanks or fish and chips and have you heard about their award winning Malhamdale sausages, mmmmm really tasty.

If you fancy a piece of pie and not the humble type you must try the Malham and Masham Pie, the beef will just melt in your mouth.

For vegetarians please indulge yourself in the Broccoli and Stilton Quiche or Red onion and Goats cheese tartlets, there is something for everyone at the Buck Inn, even the kids have choices just for them.

So buck the trend and take a break at the Buck Inn.
