Details for The Riding Academy
The Riding Academy offers tuition and horse management to all ages. Riding lessons and expert specialist training is available. The academy has weekend activities and also caters for childrens parties at the school in Hudswell.
The Riding Academy is based in the sleepy village of Hudswell. It is a tranquil and safe environment in which you and your children can practise your chosen sport.
Our aim is to teach equestrianism to the highest of levels. The client then has the choice of where or how to apply his or her acquired skill. One may chose to compete or to simply enjoy ones new skills quietly hacking through the country lanes.
We teach using Centred Riding Techniques, our belief is that only a relaxed supple body and clear mind can communicate clear aids to ones horse. We specialise in training and schooling of show jumpers (both rider and horse), cross country, and dressage disciplines.
The Riding School
We run a licensed riding school offering lessons from absolute beginners of all ages to people who wish to compete at the highest of levels and require a personal trainer. We help ladies who wish to hone their riding skills, and people who simply want to hack out in the fresh air.
Lessons are in ½ hour or an hour slots.
The Weekend Club
Your child may benefit from our weekend club. From as little as £25 a day your child will benefit from a ride out or a lesson, tuition in tack cleaning, stable management and a full days fun at the stables.
From 10 am - 3 pm Saturday or Sunday.
