Prospect Barn whilst being a modern barn conversion still retains its traditional character of original exterior stone work and interior beamed ceilings with unobtrusive double glazing to ensure a comfortable atmosphere is maintained throughout our guests visits

Being situated in the rural setting of Wensleydale in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, between Leyburn and Hawes, in the grounds of the adjacent Prospect Farm House with unobstructed views over the Dale from the rear of the property are a 'Chill Out' paradise

Available all year round for weekly or short breaks the property is ideal for couples looking for a romantic break or those simply looking for a weekly "chill out" in this rural country retreat and lets not forget the business people looking for more independence than hotels or B&B's offer -Strictly Sleeps 2 Adults (plus small infant up to 12 months of age)

Note: Available for Wedding Groups on a 2 or 3 night accommodation arrangement - Increase your party size to 10 by taking the adjacent 'Farmhouse'

The 'Barn' is maintained to a 4 star standard and is extremely well presented with quality fixtures and furnishings of a high standard having oil fired central heating throughout to ensure a cosy and comfortable atmosphere is maintained throughout you stay

Note: Wi Fi operates via an 'Extender' from the 'Farmhouse'and the connection operates more efficiently in the dining kitchen and lounge

Internal French doors lead into spacious lounge furnished to a high standard with colour TV & SKY package - Comfortable seating for two (wall mounted central heating control thermostat unit is in this room)

Hallway leading to Bathroom with modern shower cubicle and 'Roll Topped' bath (and heated towel rail)

There is a private shared and secure lawned garden with guests of Prospect House adjacent to the property for relaxing and enjoying the uninterrupted views over Wensleydale or for al-fresco dining on those warmer evenings - BBQ & garden furniture being all part of the inclusive package

Private 'off road' parking for one car is available on the shared drive with guests of Prospect House adjacent to the property - additional 'on road' parking is also available roadside to the property

Local attractions include Aysgarth Falls, location for the Kevin Costner Robin Hood movie, Bolton Castle recently featured on TV in 'The Dales' fronted by Ade Edmundson and the Wensleydale Railway heritage line running from Redmire to Leeming Bar with the occasional steam train rattling the lines!
